This Tesla Supercharger can get pretty busy, especially on weekends or around holidays, because it is one of the only fast-charging options in Northwest Arkansas. Since it is one of the few Superchargers in the immediate area (located right off I-49), it gets very congested. It is also open to non-Tesla EVs (NACS/CCS compatible), which adds to the traffic at the 8 available stalls. Despite the traffic, the charging rate remains reliable, delivering approximately 175 kW at first even when all the spots are full, but dropping to 90 kW after 50% charge.

While the charging area itself isn’t very well lit, the location feels safe because it is right next to a travel stop where state troopers frequently park their cars. There is also a small patch of grass next to the chargers with a garbage can, which is convenient if you are traveling with dogs. The travel stop itself is very clean and offers plenty of bathrooms, including handicapped-accessible stalls. Inside, the staff have always been very nice, making this a solid stop even when it is crowded.

Tesla user here. The only location (that I know of) in the area that does not require an adapter. Fair price.
40 minutes to 80% from 5%. 50c charge per minute after that to keep chargers available for others in a tough spot. Charging slows the higher % you're at, so this could potentially get your expense to $25-30 for a 100% charge if you were that low.
The fuel station has clean restrooms and a dining area and hot food available so you can keep the car off and locked while you charge and monitor the progress on your phone.

My first experience using Tesla charger. Much easier than I expected. Just plugged it in with my adapter and it’s charging. Not quite as fast as I had hoped but fast enough. Always nice to be by clean bathrooms and coffee! (Also has fast food)

Fast supercharger with nice amenities.   This is not a typical gas station.  The bathrooms were all family bathrooms and very clean.  There is a diner inside with table service and the food actually looked really good!  The whole place was very clean.  There were locals there just hanging out to have coffee and chat, which I take as a really solid sign for good service and good food.  They also have a counter to buy to go meals that looked better than typical gas station food.  I didn't eat here today, but I would if we have to stop again in the future.

Super convenient location, right next to the gas station with eight different charging stations. Plenty of room, the superchargers were clean and well-maintained and as always… The fellow Tesla owners are kind and courteous. Definitely the perfect place to stop in Western Arkansas if you were looking for a supercharger.
