When people purchase an electric vehicle they don't always know the rules of it must be removed from charger within 10 mins. And for all those who don't go to their website to check all rules I'm letting you know they will continue to charge even if your car is fully charged and has stopped. THEY WILL NEVER GIVE A REFUND. Horrible customer service

3 chargers only two were functioning. Very fast Only about 20 minutes to charge up from 32%. Rough area; people on the street hollering, a little scary. Saturday about 5:15pm. Lucky’s grocery on site and several small restaurants near by other end of Lucky’s.
