We rented a Mach E and it was not disappointing

If you can’t use the app (they only accept US phone numbers for some ungodly reason), good luck paying with your card, the cc chargers are not maintained and don’t work.

The chargers were not working.  The other disgruntled customer was very helpful - she told us to go to Electrify America in Pacific Grove.

Charged just fine but I am shocked at the cost. I was using a rental car so the ins and outs of charging stations is still new to me. I thought for sure the $55 charge on my credit card was like a temporary fee until my session was all done or whatnot. Nope. I was charged $55 to charge a Hyundai ioniq 5 from about 35% to 100%. Outrageous that this one charge cost about 1.5x what I pay for a tank of gas for my own car!

I have had my Cadillac Lyriq for almost a year now.  It came with free charging at EVgo stations.  There is only one location near my home in Monterey, CA. and they have 2 chargers…yes only two, and  from the day I took delivery one has been out of service every time I come.  I am sitting here now waiting as the only operative one is in use.  The same charger has been “OUT OF SERVICE” for over a year.  Had I known this I would never have bought the car!  One charging unit is the equivalent of no charging unless you want to sit in line and wait endlessly.  This is not my first EV but definitely my last that one that offers free charging with EVgo!  This is a real pain and I hope this post helps prevent others from buying a GM EV or any other offering free charging from EVgo….absolutely worthless!
