  Always wait time. Very slow charging. This so called Hyper-fast charger, supposedly able to deliver up to 350 kW is delivering 95kW. WHY IS THAT ??? My car can take up to 300 kW. The battery is only at 44%.

  If you enter the garage from Mannheim/294 via Balmoral, don't enter the garage where it says Parking next to the big Fashion Outlets sign. Thats a ramp to the 2nd floor. Keep going straight until you get to the traffic circle and take an immediate right. Can't miss it from there.

  I recently visited this charging station and had a frustrating experience. There were six charging spots, but Teslas were parked without being plugged in. The sign clearly states "No parking except while charging," yet these cars were blocking the spots. I ended up having to wait for 30 minutes to get a spot, even though online showed there were supposed to be four available. It's disappointing that the rules aren't being enforced, and it created unnecessary delays for those actually trying to charge. Hopefully, this gets addressed to improve the experience for others.

  Came into town around 6:00 PM on 8/10/23. All 6 chargers were full with individuals waiting. Had to wait about 20 minutes for one to free up. The one that freed up was putting 112 kwh. The rest where under 40 kwh. I thankfully was able to connect to the high output charger and get charged in about 35 minutes. They should have put these up a level are not in a high traffic section of the parking garage as it's difficult. Was difficult to get my f150 into a spot. Giving 2 stars because I've has worse experiences at other charges.

  You can't miss these chargers. The bright green EA lights are on the right as you pull into the ground floor entrance of the multistory parking garage. Stalls are straight so it's easy to back in for EVs with rear charge ports. The mall closes at 8PM so be aware of that.
