Awesome private garage. Very well run, Central to a lot of dining and necessity options wild the car chargers. Perfect pricing for the Beach. Always super clean and well-maintained superchargers. Love this place. The main place that I use.

Don't use these chargers unless you want to get charged $55 by a company called "Professional Parking Management." They'll send you a letter stating that you must pay them $55 and if you don't they'll turn you over to a collection agency for $90. They photograph your license plate and then they get your information and mail you a "Notice of Non-Compliance." Yes, I understand it's a parking garage which is expensive, and installing chargers is paid for by money that grows on trees, but there's no signage about how to pay to use the parking garage ... or if it is, it's very well hidden. CHARGE UP SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The only other supercharging station in south beach is inside a garage that requires payment to enter, so this one wins outright in terms of cost and convenience. Having said that it is the slowest charger I have ever used anywhere

He’s live right across the street so this parking garage is extra special for me! Lots of shops and restaurants right underneath. Super convenient easy to get to you don’t have to pay for a parking just pull in and use the supercharger. Our supercharger was only running at 220 mph so a little slower than normal however there’s a nice park down the road so we took our kid down there while waiting.
