Make sure to register with parking app. Says 1 hour free when registered but will be fined if not registered and staying more than 15 minutes.

I’ve charged here a few different times and had no issues. I use the paybyphone app and the cost has always been $0 (maybe im going during slow hours). Ironside Cafe gives 15% for Tesla drivers charging there and it’s a cozy spot with delicious food.

I received a parking violation while actively charging my Tesla at the Supercharger located at 7636 NE 4th Ct, Miami, FL. I was legally parked in a designated charging stall, plugged in, and billed $30.46 by Tesla from 5:51 PM to 7:17 PM on May 22, 2025. Despite this, a citation was issued during that exact time window, accusing me of non-payment. This is an unacceptable and misleading practice—targeting electric vehicle users who are following the rules and paying to charge. I’ve submitted a formal dispute with full documentation and have reported the incident to Tesla’s support team. This kind of enforcement damages trust and creates unnecessary stress for EV drivers. I urge Professional Parking Management to review their systems and stop penalizing Tesla owners who are legitimately using Superchargers. Transparency and accountability are essential. I will update this review depending on how the company resolves the matter.

Got charged $45 twice for charging. I read on a few other reviews that the limit is 20 min until you're charged, but depending on how much charge you came here with it could take longer than. 20 min. Well see in 2 or 3 days to see what happens then maybe I'll change the review but so far 2* is well deserved especially when you're charged that amount for an empty parking lot at 2 in the morning.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. The lot is a rip off, they will fine you for $85 dollars for charging there. This has happened to a few people and the lot owner “Professional Parking Management” own multiple of these lots. Tesla should remove ALL private lots from their Supercharger stations. Btw this lot was full when I arrived and I waited in the lot until someone moved and I charged the car from 10% to 100% which is why it took longer. I don’t recall seeing any parking signs, therefore I believed the lot to be a Tesla station.
