Chargers usually work and I’ve been able to successfully charge here, which is the most important part. That said, pricing is wildly inconsistent. Sometimes it’s reasonable, other times it’s brutal, even when I’m the only car charging. Getting hit with top-tier fast-charger pricing with no congestion makes no sense.

Also don’t expect to leave with a 100% charge. Electrify America typically cuts charging around 85% (automatically), and if you stay plugged in after that, you’ll keep getting charged even though you’re barely getting any energy. The longer you wait, the more it costs.

Convenient location and usable in a pinch, but pricing transparency and charging limits need serious improvement.

📌NOTE: There are no designated waiting spots, so you need to stay alert when a charger opens up. If you’re not paying attention, someone else will jump in fast. It’s basically the Wild West when a spot becomes available.

Seamless installation process. My electrician was impressed with the wiring.

Poorly design for those who are waiting. There is no designated waiting area. What happens people line up at different spots and this creat arguments as to who is next. Police has been involved. At some point it will not end well.

There's always a problem. The app shows the incorrect status of chargers and you lose the trip. Horrible service from electrify america and another example how EVs don't have the infrastructure necessary to satisfy their charging needs. Similar situation across different Electrify America locations. Be better, please.

1 out of 4 working. According to EA, work repair orders had already been initiated 2 weeks on 4/9/23. Only 1 fast charger (#3) delivered  107kw at its highest. Very sad considering it's serving a million people in West Miami and is the last chance to charge before crossing the Everglades

Is frustrating driving 37 minutes with low battery to reach an charging station broken, plus non electric vehicles parked for shopping at the only spot available… 🙁
