AI Overview
Chargers are in a lit lot with pull-in spaces and room for trailers. Drivers report highly variable charging speeds depending on vehicle architecture and station load; some recent reports note consistently slower-than-advertised performance. Payment card readers have occasionally malfunctioned, though the support line can activate sessions as a workaround.

Reliable and mostly chargers available but ALWAYS SUPER SLOW and not as advertised. 1.7kw/h delivered on average per min (23 min, 39 kw, $22, seriously?) and that’s when no one or one other car only is charging. Our car can also use Tesla charger with NACS adapter (Many GM, Volvo, Audi etc can), but Tesla turned the local chargers next to this station off for non-Tesla vehicles probably for mall politics. If you are in this situation and want to get back on the road fast, do yourself a favor and go to a Tesla charger a few miles away to save tons money and time.

The best charging stations if your EV is built on the 800Volt architecture like the Ev9 I drive. I've never gotten more than 88kw from Tesla. At electrify I get to go 222 kw charge speeds

It took over 40 mins for an open charger on the line today. They have Hertz and other Fleet companies charging there hundreds of cars. If this site is for commercial use only please put a sign up. If this is for residential use, please let us residents use it. Lots of cars were leaving the lot after seeing the lines. Bmw told me that we would be able to charge my vehicle and have free charging for 30 mins but if no chargers are available, this seems like a scam between electrify America and BMW. @electrifyamerica please respond to this.

Do not drive here for now this place is under construction it's been 1 week replacing the stations. Very risky if running out of charge. They are installing more chargers and newer version they have been working fast. 1-2 days should be good to go

When they work they are great. Unfortunately that’s not always the case. The Hyper chargers advertise 350kW but it rarely does. This is the only one in quite some distance which stinks but it’s the best out of a bad local infrastructure of EA chargers. My id4 lease came with 3 years free charging but it’s not looking very convenient. Electrify America should do better.
