  Worst service ever! I arrived promptly at 6 PM in Hirschau for my test drive, but my vehicle was suddenly showing as being in Parsdorf. On the phone, they simply told me that test drives were no longer offered there and that I would just have to go there. This is completely false, as appointments for Hirschau can still be booked online! No apology, no attempt at accommodation – absolutely unprofessional!

  Unfortunately, I had the same experience that almost everyone here has described. As someone completely unfamiliar with the area, it's easy to miss the signage. I didn't even notice it in the middle of the day. I also wasn't aware that you had to pay attention to such things while charging. With the waiting time (since all the charging stations were occupied) and a 41-minute charge, I naturally exceeded the 45-minute limit and was supposed to pay a €53.00 "penalty." I emailed the parking lot operator, apologized, explained my situation (unfamiliar with the area, busy city traffic, long drive, etc.), and attached a screenshot of my charging session from the Tesla app. As a gesture of goodwill, they waived the charge. :) Otherwise, it's a really nice place and highly recommended. However, you should allow some extra time, as there are only four charging stations, and they charge rather slowly.

  Beware of this scam! I came here specifically to charge my car (Tesla) – and afterwards I received a €53 fine. Only later did I notice a small sign hidden away somewhere in the back. Apparently, this hidden sign is being used to penalize vehicles that simply come to charge. I've never experienced this kind of money-making scheme in Germany. I find it absolutely unethical and unfair that cars simply using a Supercharger are being charged this way. Very disappointing. ⚠️

  Urban Supercharger location in the heart of the English Garden. Parking is free for 45 minutes thanks to camera-based license plate recognition. On the first attempt, charging was interrupted after 5 minutes. No restrooms are open before 12:00 PM!

  Parking is free for 45 minutes. There's no barrier, and as I understand it, I don't need to go to the machine. I topped up for 12 minutes and then visited the website. Apparently, you can still pay 24 hours later. My car's license plate number wasn't registered there. Why isn't it clearly explained so often? But as I understand it, if I stay under 45 minutes, I don't have to do anything. I was just there yesterday, though. The charging itself worked without any problems, and I took a deposit bottle with me from the trash can.

  Avoid this charger. It's almost a rip-off. I charged it in April 2024 for 53 minutes. At the time there was no specific sign and you would have thought that there was no parking charge for the charging points. 5 months later... in September I received a letter with a fine of 127 euros to pay for using the car park without paying!!! Normally it's 45 euros, but as I'm not in Germany, they've added charges.... and on the Tesla app, there's no indication that on this charger, there's a parking charge as well. Outrageous and a swindle on the part of the owner of this car park.

Outstanding location in the middle of the English Garden, perfectly accessible via the Mittlerer Ring, making Munich even more attractive for Tesla owners.
