If possible, I would avoid charging here because in addition to the charging fees, you have to pay parking fees of €2 per hour or part thereof!

There are additional parking fees at the OEZ even if you're only there to charge your vehicle. Charging stations are located behind a barrier... Imagine having to pay parking fees when leaving a Shell gas station... Unthinkable... But with charging stations, it's apparently acceptable...

I don't care about the parking fees, since I'm shopping there anyway. Charging worked as expected. Tesla is top-notch as always. However: it's incredibly busy; you have to be lucky to find an available charging station. And: the charging cables are ridiculously short; I had to maneuver three times before I could plug it in.

2 euro for parking, very crowded, 2 not accessible due to snow

Paid parking, with even no free time, not possible to pay with card. Why to have a Supercharger on paid parking at all? And another SC in Munich, Hirschau, after 6 month I have received a fine for 120.90 Eur for parking! Haven't even noticed, when charging there, the SC is also paid parking! Seriously Tesla? Why? Driving on highway and navigating in a car to some SC, and I got to such places? Now I try to avoid Munich!

Here are the fees that you need to consider as well! I don't understand why it has to be built in a parking lot like this. Just want an emergency quick charge and it costs Eur 1.50 for 10 minutes.

First time ever I log to google to post review. - hate parking fee, not even mentioned in Tesla car (not google map)… it’s just matter of principle. - since I didn’t know headed to exit… the « help » button to call an agent simply doesn’t work/does nothing. - walk 200m to a machine to check (yes the exit is very far from entrance). Finally someone on the line, hang up on me. Call again, no English hang up on me a 2nd time.. unacceptable - slow charging even if not even 50% full Worst charging experience ever, and reading others comment maybe even for lucky, no « illegal » non electrical car, and I was able to pay the parking fee with card… Avoid, there are many other in Munich. Wonder how/why Tesla allow such bad client experience, never read so many bad review/such low review rating number.

Today there's only one parking space free… the rest are either illegally parked or Teslas are just there tokens! Three Tesla drivers had to leave because there was nowhere to refuel! This definitely needs to be regulated.

It is a great location for an SC, but the parking space is crowded. In addition, it is a paying parking. The shopping mall next to it is big and beautiful. Recommended.

This was my first time here. I was initially put off by the many negative reviews. But it's not nearly as bad as all that. Yes, the parking lot is paid. But for €1 you can park there for up to two hours. In return, you get a secure parking space, a shopping center next door (be aware that all the shops close at 8:00 PM), and plenty of fast-food restaurants within walking distance. Immediately after the barrier, turn right, and you'll see the parking spaces right away. You can also pay by card or NFC. The exit is a little hidden; you have to drive all the way through. Otherwise, it's just like any other Tesla Supercharger.
