Prestige was very kind and helpful! My friend and I were having trouble using the app to bring a guest and prestige handled it very professionally and made us feel welcomed. The atmosphere feels great as soon as you walk in!

I want to give a special shoutout to Prestige for the outstanding service. The moment I pressed the assistance button, he was there almost instantly with a positive attitude, a great smile, and a genuine willingness to help.

He answered all of my questions, guided me through the facility, and made me feel welcomed from the start. Customer service like that truly makes a difference.

As for the club itself, everything was spotless, well-maintained, and organized. The facility is clean, professional, and has a great atmosphere to work out in. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better gym experience.

I can’t say enough great things about this gym! From the moment you walk in, the energy is super positive and welcoming. The facility is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and there’s a great mix of people that makes it feel comfortable no matter your fitness level.

Huge shoutout to the managers, Sarah and Darien—they truly make this place stand out. They’re always friendly, professional, and genuinely care about members having a great experience. You can tell they take pride in running a tight ship while keeping the atmosphere fun and motivating.

I’ve been going to this gym for a while now and it’s easily one of the best I’ve experienced. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference in the overall atmosphere. Management does a great job keeping everything running smoothly. Darien and Sarah in particular were very patient, professional, and understanding. They helped me through an issue I had with my membership and the app itself. The gym is consistently clean, well-maintained, and organized. The machines are in great condition and there’s a variety for all types of workouts.

NOT A 24 HOUR GYM!

I actually really like PureGym — the staff are always great and super helpful. Equipmet solid too.

That said, this is the SECOND time I’ve shown up around 11 PM ready to work out and found the gym closed, with no email, sign, or heads-up at all.

When I got there, another member was locked out too and said he had left his stuff in a locker and couldn’t get back in. He also mentioned he came because it’s advertised as 24/7. This wasn’t a one-time issue. On a separate time, I arrived at 10:30pm and only found out from a paper sign that they were closing at 11, which cut my workout short due to lack of communication.

I access this gym through Active & Fit Direct, and when I was browsing for another gym , I noticed the hours listed  show limited hours — but Google still says this location is 24/7 (and it says it was updated recently).

If the gym isn’t actually 24/7 anymore, that’s cool  — it just needs to be communicated better. Showing up late at night and not being able to get in (especially when it’s this cold out) makes it hard to stay consistent with workout goals, especially when the hours being promoted don’t match. Also some people specifically search for 24 hour gyms.

I really don’t want to switch gyms because I like it here, but the lack of communication around hours is extremely frustrating and is probably a dealbreaker.

I like pure gym & think it’s cool they’re “ 24/7 “ but they randomly be closing without notifying other than with a sign on the door…downstairs/inside.

I came all the way to the gym at 11:20 along with another member , and the door was locked / no sign. Once I got home I cancelled my membership before the month is up & joined a new gym because literally what the 😭.

Poor management, ya’ll gotta start sending out emails if ya’ll are closing early ! It’s too cold to come all the way to the gym to not be let in 😭 bummed I missed my workout today because they failed to post properly.
