New Italy, NSW Supercharger

Convenient location just off pacific highway northbound. Plenty of chargers available. Toilet and cafe nearby.

One very convenient thing was the Tesla Supercharger nearby. While our car was charging, we went to a café, which made the stop very easy and relaxed. We visited a place called New Italy, which was new for us, and we really enjoyed the experience. The café was nice, the atmosphere was pleasant, and it was a great way to spend time while the vehicle was charging. Overall, it made the whole stop smooth, convenient, and enjoyable. 😊☕️⚡️

The entrance is behind New Italy, down Swan Bay - New Italy Road. Chargers have Tap to Pay so no app necessary. Kia EV6 topped up at 97kw. Took 45 mins to get from 30 to 100%. Spent the time in the Cafe for a delicious lunch. A great place to break the trip. 12 chargers, all under cover.

I had not stopped at New Italy in well over a decade and it was great to see a Tesla charger at this location. The facilities are excellent, with toilets available at night in a well lit area, which makes a big difference when travelling. It is well worth making a donation to the people who keep it running.

It is also a peaceful spot to rest if you have a mattress in the back — quiet, safe and convenient. A welcome addition for travellers and EV drivers alike.
