You will need to pay to park in the garage Has super charger an additional $10 and standard Tesla charging rate separate

$30 for the parking, charging fee paid on Tesla app, i think it's super convient and good deal, since it's not easy finding parking in this area + charging while parking. It's super charger - fast charging. Need to leave the key, they will park and charge for you!

*$30* surcharge just to be able to charge the car??? Tesla should mention this very clearly on the app. Imagine pulling into gas station, and having to go through this, would that be acceptable, then how is this being allowed.

Bit of dishonesty goes in there. They say something on the way in and then they charge something else on the way out like $10 more for charging the car (a forced tip). [plus the fees for the supercharge].
To me it is not the money, it is the respect. Just charge what you charge on entry, treat the customer with respect and the tip will be $20 not $10.

The staff here is rude and horrendous. Tried twice and never again. First, they put on charge, then midway disconnected it. Luckily I saw the Tesla notification and called to tell them. Second time, refused to take the car saying all spots were taken when I could see on the app that there were all available. This place is an insult to Tesla and for the sake of the company’s reputation they should shut this one. I rather travel to queens or another super charger.
