Electrify America is hit and miss, a lot of times there is at least one charger out and depending on the area there may be somebody already there waiting for Chargers that are taken. Leading to waiting in your car for extended periods.  When everything is fully operational charging is great and doesn't take much time at all. Their $7 monthly charge is a good option if you charge frequently. Lowering the price about 25%.  Best particular charging station there is usually not much wait.

Used a nacs to ccs1 adapter with my Tesla model 3.

Costs twice as much as the supercharger but it works ok.

Uses DC fast charging.

The user interface isn't very easy to understand and is extremely slow.

These chargers cost $0.54/kWh, whereas the Tesla Super Chargers in the same lot cost $0.29/kWh. I used the Tesla on my way to Leavenworth because the EA chargers were full. But on the way back they weren’t full, so I used them.

Speaking of being busy, it looks like not much thought was put into placement of these chargers because each station can charge two vehicles, but they’re placed too close together for that. So there’s only 4 stalls instead of 8; All plugs are CCS. Also, the 150kW charger charged my Mustang at 123kW whereas the 350kW charger charged it at 138kW. Seems like misleading advertising. The charging stations also take an incredibly long time to show charging status. So I ended just using my Ford Pass app to check the charge rate. The station finally displayed the status after about ten minutes of charging.

Biggest advantage of these is that they’re incredibly easy to find.

Everything went smoothly. I didn’t have any issues and the supercharger took 30 min to charge to 80%. I downloaded the app and it’s better and cheaper than EVgo.

The chargers work fast. There are 4 chargers with CCS1. Only one of the chargers has Chademo. However, the charging ports don't lock. The lock is broken.

If you bring a Tesla like I did, you need the CCS1 adapter.
