8 stalls. Very small place. Very difficult in and out. One charging unit had no charging cord. Very busy. Parking lot overgrown.

The place is always with vehicles from other companies obstructing two vacancies and preventing the correct use of chargers, today we have 4 cars carrying 2 from companies that are not Tesla and for this reason makes it impossible to use 8 chargers.

Honestly, it is in the worst location. the parking lot is one way in and one way out. During dinner time and/or if there is an event near by at the coliseum or anything, the entire tanger outlet loop is paralized. You can't get in or out, nobody can move, it is a cluster F. They should move the chargers to the open parking lot where it is easier for ANYONE to get to and not impede traffic. Also only 8 superchargers in the busiest area of town is unacceptable.

Nice that there’s a Tesla charging station in Charleston. Stall 2A has a damaged plug but still seems to work. Chargers are on both sides, so drive around to the other side if the first row is full. This location can get crowded.

While there is ample parking and amenities the majority of the chargers have prong issues and require a lot of manipulation to get them to attach. I had to enlist the assistance of a fellow driver to get the thing to attach properly due to messed up prongs. Super frustrating. The chargers were busy so the flow was also slower than expected @105kw/hr
