I’m very disappointed with this EVgo charging station. The charger is advertised to deliver up to 200kW, but it’s only charging between 19kW and 31kW. That’s a huge difference and significantly increases charging time.
On top of that, several terminals are completely out of service. At the moment, only the chargers labeled Latonya, Cricket, and Isi appear to be working. This creates unnecessary wait times and frustration for drivers who rely on fast charging.
If a station is going to advertise 200kW charging, it should consistently deliver close to that speed and have all terminals operational. This location needs maintenance and better reliability.

Not a great place to charge. The chargers are always functional, in my experience, which is more than can be said for many other chargers. However, this has an approximately $3 "service" charge on top of whatever you pay for electricity, regardless of how much you pay, which no other place I've been to has. It's also very busy, and rarely has open spots. It's great in a pinch, and way better than nothing. But it shouldn't be your first choice.

This charging location is quite busy during the day and local people charge their cars at night and leave their car until morning. This blocks others from accessing the charger, and EVgo says they can do nothing to prevent this. All 6 chargers are functioning again, but there’s still a wait to charge during the day.

At the EVgo charging station only three out of six charging stations are currently operational, while the remaining three are non-functional.

With half of the charging stations out of service, the functionality of this EVgo location is severely impacted. Immediate repair actions are necessary to restore full capacity and prevent further inconvenience to EV drivers. A timeline for repairs should be provided as soon as possible to ensure transparency and reliability.

This used to be a good spot to charge on a road trip but arrived to find a wait (because people still think charging to 100% is effective... EV etiquette people) and when I got a charger was charging at 44kW.  Definitely no longer a go to station.
