One charger was out of service and second one was having technical problems. Chademo charger would start to connect and then fail to synch with my car. EVgo needs to maintain their equipment better. Also no food near by after 6:30.

I have to give a poor review because the EVgo did not have the charging adapter to the Chrysler Pacifica I had rented. I blame this more on the vehicle itself but EVgo should have a more readily available manner online to explain what vehicles it can and cannot charge. I was more than a little frustrated to have spent the time going to the charge station and not be able to charge.

Easy to find. 50kW charging. At Mall's parking lot. Side note: the mall itself is nothing to write home about. Only one (junk) food option. Directory displayed throughout the mall is not up to date, misleading patrons on which businesses are still open.

Did not enjoy my visit. One of the chademo chargers had been out of order. Had to wait an hour in line to charge. Called and reported the down charger. The charging machines look a little beat up.
