Works but seems to max out at 40kw, not the advertised 150+. Also insanely expensive with a $3.99 session fee on top of $0.66 a KWh. Most other charging stations seem to be no session fee or $0.99.

Great location and that’s what they get two stars for. Can’t comment on the chargers because although there were supposedly two available, I couldn’t access them because they are so crammed together that the other cars blocked access to the available ones. Drove down I-10 East to Circle K on 67th (Exit 137) and easily charged there. And Circle K doesn’t charge higher prices during daylight hours.

Easy to get to off the I-10. Missed the left turn as if we were going to Schlotzky’s but made a u-turn at the light and we’re able to enter parking lot by Circle K. Tea o is nearby with Boba and eats. Schlotzky’s and Cinnabon are closer. Anything else will require crossing the street. Two of the six chargers were “out of service” (3 stars instead of more) 🐾🐾(out of 5). Small areas under the trees and north of the Circle K for dogs to go out on leash. A lot of asphalt to get to the little shade offered.

I wasted 45 minutes of my day, trying to get three other machines to work and was unsuccessful until I finally went to another machine to charge for another 25 minutes . I called the customer service line while having problems with one of the units but it was not helpful whatsoever. I explained to him what my problem was, and he basically told me to reboot it, and try again after several attempts he finally gave up and told me to go to the local GMC dealership for another charger that does not belong to EVgo. Sad that not even their own people have confidence in their products. If you have time to waste, then go ahead and stop here to charge your vehicle but if you’re in a hurry, I would recommend that you steer clear from this charging station.
