Palmerston North, NZ Supercharger

Only problem was that in the torrential rain the area was under a lot of water. No problem in the end but the Mall owners need to find a fix. Charging - same 100% experience.  I try not to bother with others.

Palmerston North Super charger you have to pay for parking in the mall car park which was half blocked off with scaffolding. Only two chargers available because if this. $4.50 for parking on top of Super Charger cost which you have to find a pay station…one was closed and the other inside countdown. Not sure how this would work early hours of the morning as pat wave not available at parking arm ticket. This also was on a Sunday evening.

My Tesla app reports 2 Supercharger stalls here but there are in fact 4. There are also a couple of free CCS chargers here for shoppers. They usually have a couple of Leafs (blurgh) attached, but I did see a Tesla in there once. The Supercharger is far superior though. I wish I'd come across the grumpy security guard, that would've been fun.

This supercharger is a great place to charge your Tesla! With these superchargers, it should take about an hour to go from 0 - 100%. There is an awesome mall to shop at with great food and beverages and other stuff! The reason I gave it a 3 star was because a rude staff person told us that we were not allowed to record a video for the Tesla supercharger review which really sucked.

Worked perfectly. Just note that you will have to pay for parking if you are charging for over an hour. See photo for rates.
