Palo Alto, CA - Bryant Street Supercharger

The supercharger is on 3rd floor and it is Hard to find.

The space of this garage is also tight.

Use other charging station and avoid this if possible.

This Tesla Supercharger location works fine once you find it, but getting to the chargers can be confusing. They are located inside a multi-level parking garage, and the signage directing drivers to the Superchargers is not very clear.
I had to drive around for a while trying to figure out where to go, which was frustrating and added unnecessary time to the stop. A few clear “Tesla Supercharger” signs near the entrance and throughout the garage would make this location much easier to use.
Overall, the chargers are useful and convenient once located, but the wayfinding could definitely be improved.

This is one of the worst Tesla Supercharger locations I have experienced. The chargers are inside a multi-story parking garage, yet there is not a single clear “Tesla Supercharger” sign anywhere directing drivers where to go. You literally have to drive around the entire garage searching every corner just to find the chargers. If you are lucky, you might find someone to ask for directions. Otherwise, you can easily waste 10–15 minutes driving in circles. For a company that claims to lead in EV infrastructure, the lack of basic signage here is extremely disappointing. Tesla really needs to improve the visibility and wayfinding at this and similar location. I wish I could say what I really think of tesla managers here 🤬

Signage isn't clear, luckily looked at Google reviews to know to go up to the 3rd floor. Max 120kW, min 75kW charging with only 6 cars out of 19 spots charging

Tesla navigation really sucks when sending you to their own charging station and I have to read Google Maps user review to find that it is on 3rd floor. Plenty of available spots ok weekdays afternoon but it’s slow and not very fast as I expected.
