Charging my car during the snowstorm was a nightmare. The charging stations were out of order; practically half were unusable. What's more, the plugs were just thrown on the ground in the snow, with no regard for the equipment. It's extremely frustrating that you have to pay for parking; it doubles the cost of charging in the end. And since the charging stations are at the far end of the parking lot, you waste five minutes getting there and then leaving again...

This charging station has a long line of 4 cars because there are not enough charging stations at this location. There is plenty of room for more charging stations. Maybe this negative review will help. Meanwhile those people not needing to charge their electric cars must wait to exit Not the best design set up

Never had a worse Charging station ever. The door tesla navigation suggested is locked and on the other side there is a mandatory parking fees. Such a disaster

This is by far the worst Tesla charger I’ve ever used. First of all, the location is terrible. On top of that, you are forced to pay a parking fee just to charge your car, which is absolutely ridiculous. I did not come here to park!! I came here to charge!! just like going to a gas station. No one pays a parking fee while refueling. Being forced to pay extra just to access a charger feels like a scam, not a service. I had no real alternative, so I was forced to use it, which made the experience even worse. This charger should not be here in its current form. Either remove the parking fee or shut it down. Completely unacceptable and a waste of time and money.

Thrilled with my charging! I only paid €6.19 for just over 38 kWh. That's €0.16 per kWh. Even if I included the €3.80 (35 min) parking fee in the kWh price, it would still be less than €0.26. So those complainers who bring up parking prices should learn to do math first, shouldn't they?!?

I don't understand people complaining because the parking is paid; it's clearly indicated on the Tesla app and on the car's screen, and also posted at the parking lot entrance. The place is clean and monitored. For restrooms or to grab something to eat or drink, there's a Franprix supermarket with several kebab shops, burger joints, and a pizzeria. There's also an Italian restaurant near the train station. To say there's nothing nearby is simply disingenuous. As indicated, the parking is paid: €2 for 0 to 15 minutes, then €2.90 for up to 30 minutes, €3.80 for up to 45 minutes, and then €4.70 per hour. Frankly, it's not excessive. If you can't afford it, go to a Total charging station or another independent charger, which is more expensive and slower!

It's a bit of a pain to pay for 30 to 60 minutes (€3-5) of parking to use a V4 supercharger, but it's still 100 times better than Belib and its flimsy charging stations, twice as good as Total's stations at 70 cents/kWh, you can really draw 150kW and get going again quickly…

I don’t understand why people complain that the location is hard to find. I’m not even familiar with the area and I managed to find it just fine it’s just common sense. I was able to charge without any issues. And about the paid parking so what? You’re there for a maximum of 30 minutes, it costs you €2.90, and it’s clearly indicated. Instead of complaining, just go to another charging spot if you can't pay €2,90 Thanks for reading.

You have to pay for the parking: 2€ for 15 minutes. So charging becomes very expensive. Charging speed is slow 70kW/hour. I have a Tesla Model 3.

To easily access the parking lot, avoid using the Tesla's GPS. Instead, use an app like Waze, as the built-in navigation system directs you to a gated entrance on the other side of the lot. The parking lot is not free, but it's reasonable: around €4 for a full charge.
