This charging station is extremely disappointing and poorly maintained. The app already showed 4 chargers as out of service before I arrived. Once I got there, I tried 3 additional chargers that were supposedly available, and none of them worked either. These were not part of the ones marked as broken in the system. Even worse, another driver next to me had been plugged in for over an hour only to find out his charger was also defective and never actually worked. On top of that, access to this charging station requires paid parking inside a garage, which is not clearly reflected in the charging cost. The charging price may look reasonable at first glance, but once you include the parking fee, the total cost is significantly higher. Overall, this feels like a poorly managed facility where multiple chargers are unreliable, and users are not clearly informed about the true cost. Drivers should not have to waste time testing broken equipment or pay extra just to access a malfunctioning station. This location needs serious maintenance or should be temporarily closed until issues are fixed. Would not recommend at all.

Decent number of spots, but need to pay for parking (downside is no shade on the top level). To get to the bathroom, walk across the skybridge to the other side of the street, down the escalator into the plaza and you'll find signs for the bathroom.

Tesla navi will disclose that payment for the facility this charger is located in is required. $1.50 per half hour, for unvalidated guests. Very reasonable if you ask me. You can avoid it by supporting the facility by shopping nearby (Starbucks maybe?) Downvote me all you want, but if you're whining about the fee, you probably shouldn't be driving a Tesla.
