Perth, UK Supercharger

It's V3 charger, so if someone is next to you, the charge drops to 70kWh. Chargers themselves are battered and cables are short, so sometimes EVs from different manufacturer, with charging port on the right block two spaces to be able to charge. Very meh, would be nice if the chargers were updated to V4.

Visited a few times and they have thankfully removed the rubber brake stop to stop you from getting too close to the chargers. Didn't matter for the Tesla's but other cars couldn't get close enough. With this removed it's a lot easier to charge. There's a subway in the nearest petrol station a couple minutes walk away for a drink and something to eat, otherwise nothing in the immediate charger area except dozen of charge place Scotland as well but they're more expensive than the Tesla option. Pretty full on my arrival with only 2 bays free. VW was taking up 2 bays since they couldn't connect the charger to the side of the vehicle where the charger was so had to use the adjacent bay. Annoying but the only option they had due to short cables

I used the Perth Supercharger for the first time using a non-Tesla EV. There are bars screwed into the floor that prevent you from reversing fully into the space, which meant that the very short cable didn’t stretch to my car point. I couldn’t move closer due to the floor bar. I had to park at an angle to be able to charge, went to get food and came back to a parking ticket from the council (at 8pm on a Thursday evening) for being outwith the bay lines. Guaranteed that I won’t be using these chargers again.

Not the best experience. The cable was short for my Volvo and needed to park sideways to be able to charge, taking three slots. We were lucky enough that there was not a queue. Definitely looked like a dork, thanks Tesla

Good number of chargers at the back of the car park.
Location is fine with a Londis and Subway only a couple of minutes walk away.
