  The Supercharger location is excellent; most charging spots are covered, and there's even a vacuum cleaner at two of the charging points. However, the lounge disappointed us because, although you can access it with the Tesla app, you then have to pay extra for the restrooms.

  This fantastic Tesla destination is definitely highly recommended. The new charging stations with their long cables and perfect arrangement in various positions also allow for convenient charging of other brands. For added comfort, there's the superbly equipped Tesla Lounge, which is extremely well-maintained and regularly cleaned – this also applies to the restrooms! There's also a pizza vending machine – but I haven't tried it yet during my two visits.

  If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Probably the best supercharger I have ever seen. Many chargers, they are new with a long wire, perfect for Mercedes owners. Don't have to take 2 spots. There is a bench for outdoor relaxing and a lounge with a pizza machine, vending machines with icecream, candy and drinks. There is a coffee machine and toilets. Plenty of seating in an aircondition room and a Nintendo play station. This place is beyond owesome. Just needed 10% charged, but stayed until 100.

The charging experience is the usual high Tesla standard – simple, fast, and hassle-free. Numerous V4 charging points are available, which generally eliminates waiting times. The modern and comfortable lounge, located directly at the charging station, is a particular highlight. Thoughtful design features include snack vending machines shaped like large refrigerators. These open automatically when a credit card is presented and apparently use RFID technology to identify the dispensed item. Prices are comparable to gas station prices, meaning slightly higher, but perfectly reasonable for the convenience. The selection ranges from drinks and snacks to small sweets – everything you need for a quick charging break. Another highlight is the pizza vending machine located right outside the lounge. The fresh pizza takes about four minutes to prepare – a great option for anyone wanting a bit more than just a snack. Another special feature: this is the first time I've seen a vacuum cleaner right next to the charging station. Charging your car and vacuuming at the same time – perfect. Inside the lounge, there are several power outlets, small tables for working or relaxing, and a TV with a Nintendo Switch. Unfortunately, the console is a bit worn, and only one controller still works perfectly, but it's a nice way to pass the time for children (or adults) while charging. Access to the lounge is free and doesn't require a code, which is very convenient. The restrooms are clean, but only accessible for a small fee via credit card – this could perhaps be made more customer-friendly. Conclusion: The Supercharger in Pforzheim is an excellent example of modern electromobility combined with well-designed travel comfort. Those who stop here not only get energy for their car, but also a short break for themselves – complete with snacks, electricity, pizza, and even a little entertainment. A thoroughly enjoyable charging experience.
