They charge you parking fee for use the Tesla charger! I have been told if you stay for less than 10mins it’s free parking. When I ask the staff to open the gate for me, she said let me see how long you have been stay here, the conversation takes more than 1min, and she told me you have been stay here for 11min.

The garage door to the Tesla chargers was CLOSED and with orange cones at the gates!!!Think twice before coming here! Do not risk it if you are low on battery! This is totally unacceptable, Tesla please do a better job at managing your charging stations and do us a favor by removing this location from the map.

ACTUAL INSTRUCTIONS (2025): your car might take you to the target parking lot. Never fear, you’re wrong but close… (and even with the $10 garage fee it’s cheaper than supercharging by the hour!) Go to the garage entrance by turning left right where the map pin is on google maps (on N 20th), then squeeze into the garage, take a ticket, go to the barricade and turn slightly then you’re basically there. They’re straight forward from the entrance essentially. Follow my photos step by step if you’re confused. This is one of the most annoying chargers to find I have ever seen… but you get a mostly free bank of 9+ stalls and 75KW charging. For being at the Whole Foods or target this is amazing. You can put a full 220 miles back into the vehicle while you shop and you only pay the garage fee! So it’s about $10 for 220 miles if you stay the hour - your car may vary but it’ll be close if you can get maximum juice out of the units. Again the garage is paying not you, so it’s not a double fee - you just pay the garage. Nice. But not nice to find!

NOT in the Target lot, it’s in the garage or Robin place. Need $5 to enter the garage and bear with super slow charging. The only good part is it is close to target so can do some grocery just to kill time.

It is well located. Unfortunately you it js in a pay-to-park garage that is not 24 hrs. The chargers work fine and there is always a spot to park. It is in the parking of Target. SR+ will fully charge in about one hour. Make sure to keep an eye on the charging as you don’t want to stay longer as Tesla will make you pay for idle time.
