Both chargers are broken and they charge you $3 just for plugging in and nothing happens. The company is terrible and just said "I'm sorry!". Completely useless and unhelpful. I'm am so pissed off.

I drove further to charge here as it was fater charging at 60+kW than one closer. Glad  I did, it definitely was twice as faster and done full chagre faster. Was smooth and seamless using my EVgo° credits from Honda.

For anyone driving an EV in the Fairfax area, the EVgo station at 10334 Fairfax Blvd is a trustworthy, high-performing stop that I would confidently recommend. It makes running errands a breeze, proving that public fast charging can be reliable.

Convenient location less than a mile from work and on my way home. Hidden away and rarely busy depending on what time you go. Aim for off-peak times to ensure availability.
