The directions are a little misleading. The EVgo chargers are down in the underground  parking area, on the level just below ground level. There are Tesla superchargers up top on the ground level of the parking lot. There are only 2 EVgo super fast 350 DC chargers, the rest aren't so fast. I went at night and it was kind of sketchy there at night. But the charger worked well and I was all charged up from 20% to 100% within 45 min

Always seems to be a spot open to charge.
Having the Safeway and Peet’s Coffee nearby help pass the time while charging.
