On more than 5 occasions I have had issues with this station, not showing up on BMW app, requiring manual activation through call center.  Also this station is frequently packed and you have to wait.  Lastly it's under the parking garage and has limited options in walking distance.

This is one of the better chargers. Be prepared to wait, of course. They are upgrading multiple locations as we speak. I'll update the review once they decide to update these chargers over here. Other than that, all of them usually work all the time.

One time, someone backed into one and broke the display. It was still able to charge cars as long as it was through the app. Pretty sturdy.

Pulled in to find all of the stations in use. Even then, I was plugged in and connected up 5m later. I was off to the races after another 15m. Overall, as seamless as EV charging gets.

Electrify America, when will you address the persistent issues with your chargers? Each visit reveals the same problem: a non-functional charger. It’s crucial that you address this. Additionally, the cleanliness of the area needs attention. The output is currently only 56kW, making it one of the least efficient charging stations. All four chargers are limited to a maximum of 50kW, significantly increasing the time needed to charge a vehicle. Prompt action is needed to improve the charging experience at Electrify America. Update: Two out of four chargers are down again, and another charger is only charging at 57kW. It takes almost 2 hours to get charged. There are four cars waiting behind me. What a shame, Electrify America, it’s the same issue every time.

seems pretty good charging situation.  the stations take credit cards or you can use the app. there's six stations and one is setup for handicapped van.  i was getting ~50KW since there was a car next to me.  it took a little while but was much faster than J1772 (6kw). the CCS plug is a little clunky but worked fine.
