The $0.50/minute congestion fees are simply unacceptable and excessive. For people who use their vehicles for work and are forced to charge them to 100%, these fees become a truly unfair penalty. Having to pay up to $19 per charge, when you have to charge two to three times a day, is absolutely not normal. We're talking about skyrocketing costs with no real alternative, especially when charging is slowed by the cold or by the vehicle itself. These fees directly penalize workers and give the impression that we are being punished simply for needing range to work. It is urgent that this policy be reviewed, because in its current form, it is clearly excessive and discouraging. Please take action, as this situation is neither fair nor reasonable.
