One of the two chargers has been broken for months with no signs of fixing.

No wait and in a nice area but the machine doesnt work with card you have to use the EVGo app to begin charging.

Card didn’t work but app did. A bit confusing but figured it out. Thankfully another person was charging n helped thru the process.

I think there's major improvements in need to be made several times if it quit charging in the middle either that or they're charging systems fail to start the charge a lot of work needs to be done yet or service one of the two

So far so good. Always works, rarely a wait, and the best part is Drive the ARC free charging! Convenient grocery store and coffee shop nearby, and you can always cross the street to grab a quick bite just don't block another driver!
