The Ralph's of this location was open past midnight when I visited. Worthy of note because there's a restroom in the store. The parking area is very accommodating for cueing a line to wait for a turn.

Wait time is 1 hr on average at any time. * Update: love 85% limit, no more ppl trying to milk it to 100% for an hour while there’s 10 cars in queue. All public chargers should have this 85% limit. Just need to add more charging stations and keep them working. Usually only 3 out of 4 chargers working at this location.

Came on a Friday afternoon and got on after about 40 minutes, 4 cars waiting when I arrived. There are parking spots for queuing and charging is now limited to 85%, which has alleviated some of the congestion and confusion at this busy spot. That didn't stop one woman from trying to get hers past 85% despite the signs clearly stating the limit, but it shuts off automatically. She kept unplugging and plugging back in until someone pointed out the limit stated on the station.
