I just had my first real world public charging experience in my non Tesla EV. 45 min wait with just 2 cars ahead of mine and with 3 stations working seems bad. No wonder why people buy Tesla. If you're not charging at home, do yourself a favor and buy a Tesla.

It's not operational at this time. All of the plugs are pulled (sans 1) and systems are down. The one plug left is on a system that is not active.

Electrify America makes themselves look bad! They can’t even deliver on their promise of providing working stations. There is no reason they can’t take lessons from Tesla and keep their stations working! Such a shame! If they are even working you are lucky to 25kW that’s a joke!

They been disabled for two weeks and every time I call them they say we are working so hard to fix them. If you can’t fix something in two weeks it’s either because you are not qualified to work on it or it’s not fixable. They don’t value the customer. How much time has been wasted because they don’t send someone to fix them. They only say we understand but they don’t. How on earth they want to go all electric when they can’t even have working chargers for them ?????

Four 150kw  stations and 1 or 2 are always broken, and the ones available are always blocked usually by a tesla that is just parked there not charging and if I find one you can use you end up getting 20-30 kw out of 150 kw every time, so it will take you sooo long to charge? Electrify america needs to do better!!
