Ras Al Khaimah, UAE – Al Naeem Mall Supercharger

The charging speed and the chargers are fine. But the problem is there are too many taxi drivers who use the slots which is reserved for the private tesla owners and even when i said them to move out their car from the slot which is reserved for the private vehicles they refused to move and had a really bad attitude. I really had an emergency to charge my car and it took a lot of time for the taxi drivers to finish charging and move from the slots.

I had a very bad experience from this charging station not because of it being slow or broken charger the charger and speed was very good but there are so many taxis using the charging station which is reserved for private vehicles and when I asked them to move from the slots reserved for private vehicles they refused. I had an emergency to go to dubai but i had to wait till they finish charging and they took lot of time to move. And the other slots which wasn’t reserved for private vehicles even i was waiting for a taxi to move suddenly other taxi driver who just came to the mall occupied the slot even when I tried to use the slot. Very bad taxi drivers i have a photo of the taxi vehicle which refused to move from the reserved private vehicles charging spot. There is no security to move them.

Free chargers for Tesla, upstairs inside the mall parking lot. Very convenient to charge then go shopping or to have a bite of food while waiting.

Other comments complained about the taxis, but the drivers I met there were very friendly and helpful, so I had no issues at all.

Highly disappointed with the management of the Tesla Supercharger at Al Naeem Mall. According to Tesla policy, priority should be given to Tesla owners, not taxis !!
Unfortunately, the management in Ras Al Khaimah allows taxis to occupy four exclusive supercharging slots, causing traffic and hassle for private owners.
Additionally, the attitude of the taxi drivers was very bad.
This goes against the worldwide rules for superchargers and needs to be addressed urgently.
