Located at the CVS Parking Lot closer to the CVS Pharmacy Drive through.

Regency Seal Beach Center (Seal Beach, CA)

Fast. 4 stations. One charger per car not like my Tesla sharing one charging station with another car. I was at 15% and took 22 min to get to 80%. Went into pavilions to grab a snack and it was quick. I had to wait for 10 min since all four stations were taken but it was quick.

This charging station is great for after hours charging since nearby businesses are closed, usually no wait. Very clean and safe even at night! Although it does have a maximum charge state of 85%, so that is my only complaint.

I go here to charge my i4, as I have 2 years of free charging. Often 1 or 2 chargers are not working and there is a line and wait even on weekdays.

It wouldn't matter if this place tends to have a (random) disabled charger as frequently as it does, if only there were more chargers total. Which would also address the waiting line that's so commonly present. Unless it's past, say, the hours of 10pm. In which case, there's no amenities.
Though I can say that whenever I have given an issue report on the Electrify America app, it's dealt with in a reasonable time frame.

Quiet and nice spot. The stations were easy to find and had lots of space to park.  There are 150kw and one 50kw (if you are going to eat or something if you don't need max charging speed.)
