Starts fast, then quickly drops to 24kw (perhaps when adjacent station is in use). Credit card / Apply Pay is also sporadic (perhaps weak cell signal). Overall hit or miss at this station (one of a few in downtown).

As someone who hasn't used an EV before let alone charging one (renting this vehicle), we were happy to find out how easy EVgo was to use. We went to several other EV charging stations before this which asked for sign ups, USA numbers (we are from overseas so didn't have one), or difficulty with accessing. Finally, we went to EVgo - which was pretty easy to find (though in a parking lot). Paying was straight forward (swipe a credit card rather than QR codes that didn't go anywhere etc). Great first charging experience.

Easy to access but you have to pay for parking after 60 minutes, and it took 1h45m to change 65%.

The EVgo charging station near my house got such terrible reviews, I thought I would try this one by REI. I just bought my car and I am looking for my first charge. I arrived, plugged in, and couldn’t get it to work. So, I called customer service, and they informed me that all EVgo charging stations were down. Boo.

These are inside the REI parking lot. It says for customers only, but no one bothered me while I sat in my car charging. You do need to get a parking ticket stub when you enter the lot, but the first 0-2 hours of parking are free. Only rated it a 4 star because of the customer only rule. Makes me feel unwelcome to use these if I'm not shopping.
