6kwh shared between 2 ports, super slow, super expensive at 60 cents per kwh. In paid parking lot.

It’s very nice to have access to charging in Whistler, however it is also an absolute scam, upon finishing charging your vehicle your credit card gets loaded $10 onto the app, not much of a choice either.

This might be the worst company that I’ve ever dealt with. The charger at the first location was broken (took roughly 20-30 minutes to get that figured out). I was on the phone with a customer service person the whole time and finally she suggested moving to a different station. I said that’s fine; but explained to her that I had already paid for parking in the lot I was in, and would have to pay for parking again in the new lot - so I asked if there was anyway they could compensate me for that. I suggested adding $5 to my account, which barely covered the extra parking fee; not to mention the time I wasted troubleshooting their broken charger. After spending 28 minutes on the phone she basically told me I was out of line to think I should expect any compensation for the trouble, and insisted nothing could be done. Their stations are slow, the customer service is lacking. Charge at home or somewhere else.

These chargers are within Lot 4. You will have to pay for parking in addition to the Chargepoint fees. The good thing is that it's capped at $5 which is really good for a full over night charge. You will share power between 2 plugs, but not a problem if you're able to leave the car there for a while. I visited in the fall and parking is only charged during the day, and it ends at 5. So... maximum fee during the fall season is 8 bucks for all day parking and 5 bucks for charging. We are staying at a nearby hotel and decided to use this lot since it's so much cheaper. Plenty of parking here, but the charger do fill up. You might need to check your Chargepoint app before going over there. There were quite a few additional units nearly completed. I am assuming those will open for the winter 23/24 season.
