Anytime I visit Raleigh, this charging station is one of my first stops! The location is excellent — easy to find, safe, and surrounded by great places to grab a quick bite or drink while my car charges. One of my favorite spots nearby is BobaPop Tea Bar, which is just a short walk away. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a refreshing tea while waiting. I also love stopping by Taco Bam — their food is always fresh, fast, and delicious, making it ideal for a quick meal on the go. The charging station itself is always clean, reliable, and well-maintained. I’ve never had issues with the chargers, and the area feels welcoming at all times of day. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into picking this convenient and traveler-friendly location. Whenever I’m in Raleigh, this is my go-to charging stop. Between the smooth charging experience, great nearby food, and overall convenience, it’s hard to beat. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area or just passing through — it makes every stop enjoyable and hassle-free!

I read that EvGo has NACS plugs. This station has none. Are you going to get some or not? It would be great to be able to charge my Tesla here.

Chademo. Works about 75% of the time. But I find there is often a line at this station, making it unreliable if I am in a hurry. I really wish they had designed it so that there were six parking spaces for the six chargers instead of three... Or that they had longer cables. Often I am sitting there waiting even though the charger is unoccupied because the cable doesn't reach.

I'm at this EV charging station that I absolutely love, but there's one little issue—the screen is nearly impossible to see! Thankfully, I know the routine: plug in the car first, then tap my card. But for others who might rely on the app or aren't as familiar with the process, it can be pretty frustrating. I've seen a few folks just give up and leave, which is bittersweet. On the bright side, it means I can swoop in and charge my car without waiting. Still, I wish it were easier for everyone to use! Grateful for the charge, though. 🚗🔋

I still didn't understand why a 350kw charger gave me only about 150kw max speed on my Ioniq 6. No one was sharing it either. But overall it took 23 minutes to go from 20-80% which is good, but not as fast as the Electrify America, which is down for maintenance. Cost was $23 which included a .99 usage fee. Good to have this option around here as the charging network slowly increases.
