Site is located on the southern edge of the parking lot along Concannon Blvd.

ROIC-Granada Shopping Center (Livermore, CA)

This station advertises up-to 350kw speeds but it never is it always starts slow around 70-80kw. I have seen this same speed even when other stations are free, and even after preconditioning the battery.

This location only has three balanced 350 kW chargers, which is inadequate for the demand. These chargers are limited to delivering approximately 150 kW per station when a vehicle is charging at the adjacent station. This significantly slows charging speeds and creates longer wait times due to the limited number of chargers.

On the rare occasion that no vehicle is charging next to me, I’ve been able to draw 240+ kW, which is a much better experience.

There have been occasional issues with the onboard card readers or screens. However, the EA app has always worked flawlessly for me, enabling charging to start successfully on the first attempt every time. When chargers are down, EA typically resolves the issue within a week, which is commendable.

Charger worked fine and fast for me.  No issues.

Tried two chargers without success.  Both would not accept payment.  Relocated to a Tesla charger instead then noticed an email from electrify America telling me I successfully loaded $10 into my EA account from the card. Bottom line:  accepted my card but did not give me power. I’m not happy.

One of three chargers not working. Not much here besides groceries, but had to come here from the highway because all the EA chargers at the outlets were full (and one also not working there).
