Worst Supercharger in the Île-de-France region. There are already so few spaces, and on top of that, it's occupied by non-Tesla cars that take up two spaces or park across them. They should reinstate the Superchargers with the charging points on the left, restricting access to Tesla vehicles only.

Charger in a hotel parking lot, no longer intended for guests who leave their cars and therefore cannot recharge without waiting for hours!!!

Indeed, this Tesla Supercharger at Roissy is clearly one of the worst in the Île-de-France region, along with the one at Val d'Europe. There aren't enough charging stations: the number of chargers is simply shameful given the location and the traffic. We're in one of the busiest areas, and the infrastructure is completely inadequate. Furthermore, opening the stations to non-Tesla vehicles (like BYD) poses a real problem. These vehicles often occupy two spaces while charging, which further reduces availability: during peak hours, it's always unbearable. At this Roissy Supercharger, it's not uncommon to wait between 25 and 45 minutes for a charging station. Just this morning, after waiting, I finally had to leave without being able to charge.

Around 15 cars waiting to charge. 40 minutes in line. No words.”

1 Star, because you can’t give zero! One charger was not working! 4 others were occupied by non Tesla like BYD (better you don’t) and Mercedes blocking additional charging boxes, because their plug is rear right! Never try it if can avoid it!!!

Very good experience. We had no issues and the lobby of the hotel was nice with good coffee. No parking fee even though I had to get a ticket to enter the hotel property.

This is simply the worst Supercharger in the Île-de-France region, having tried them all. Always overcrowded, mainly due to non-Tesla cars that park across the road, taking up two spaces each. Very high prices during the day compared to other Superchargers. Avoid if you can.

Small charging station near to the Hyatt. What I enjoyed the most is, flights passing by the location while you’re charging :) Charging costs at €0.42/kwh

Complex to find with many roundabouts. Slow charger, down to 50kW when full. And then obviously long queuing. Hyatt hotel has nice facilities.

Superchargers were completely full this Saturday around 5 PM: a 25-minute wait for an available charging station... 🙄 And all that just to get a maximum power of 68 kilowatts despite preconditioning the battery! 😐 The problem isn't the lack of Superchargers tonight, but it's about time Tesla deployed more of them in Val-d'Oise and the surrounding area! 🙄 This one is packed with ride-hailing services and taxis at all hours, judging by the reviews... 😬
