Would not recommend this one because it is very hard to find. If you like mazes and puzzles you like this one

Worked fine on non Tesla ev using Canadian Tesla phone app to initiate ! No other networks could be initiated using NA credit card . Great shopping mall with nice restaurants located in P2 level

It's located on level -2. Once you take the access ramp to the garage, you'll come to a fork in the road. Continue straight. After passing the barrier, go right, and after a few meters, you'll reach a narrow, descending ramp. Take this ramp by turning left. Once you reach the bottom, follow the direction of travel without turning onto any small road. You'll come to a larger parking area. The superchargers are at the end.

Tesla typically positions charging stations according to two criteria: 1) near key points, and 2) at distances compatible with the range of electric cars. In the case of the Rome-Valle Aurelia shopping center, the first criterion is used; it's extremely convenient because—in addition to a competitive energy price (€0.50/kWh compared to about double that of almost all high-power competitors)—you can also take a stroll around the shopping center on the upper level. Excellent shopping center. Ciao! I suggest using the TESLA app and not the SUPERCHARGER app to find the charging station, as the latter may indicate charging stations that aren't able to accept non-Tesla cars.

Worst charging, hard to find. The few directions you find are after you make a mistake and have to figure out how to get out and back in. Now I hope I can get out. I won't go back.

Very hard to find, hidden in a corner of the parking lot at -2, not enough Tesla signs to follow. 2 out of 8 spots are pretty much not accessible due to columns and construction.

Located in a central area of Rome... you enter the Aura Shopping Center's underground parking lot on level -2 (fuchsia)... you take a ticket at the barrier, but you don't pay if you park for less than 3 hours. The supercharger is poorly signposted... it's located at the furthest point of the parking lot... use your GPS to find it the first few times... you may have difficulty taking the ramp that takes you to level -2 because the entrance curve is very sharp... charging speed is average. The advantage is that the Aura Center is nice and well-organized, although 30 minutes isn't enough to see it... I use it often because it's close to where I live.

There are lots of charging stations and parking is free but they are really hard to find, some of the arrows pointing to the chargers are just wrong. You need to down to level -2 at the very end

Free parking up to 3 hours so charging is no problem. The way to the chargers is marked but still hard to find. They are located on -2 D-135. Watch out for reckless scooter drivers.

It's located inside the shopping center parking lot, accessed from the Via di Valle Aurelia roundabout. Parking is free for the first 3 hours, so there's no problem charging. In this case, there's no need to go to the automatic pay stations and you can exit simply by inserting the ticket you received at the entrance.
