They finally got new evgo chargers that appear to be much more reliable.
I did get an odd charge on my credit card. When using this. It said NYX cosmetics and charge $30 before I even started charging. Very suspicious. Seem to have charged me a flat rate and not not per kilowatt

BEWARE! These machines are not dispensing the energy they say they are and are charging you for. 45kWh should have gotten me about 70%. Instead I walked away with 29%. EVgo refused to refund me cause they “didn’t find a problem” even though PlugShare has this same issue documented multiple times over the past 8 months.

NOT a level 2 charger!!
... despite Google searches ("level 2 charger near me") guiding you here.
Good news:  there are 6 Fast Chargers (CHAdeMO and CCS) on the 3rd floor, all in working condition.

On top level of parking garage, 6 charging spots all equipped with the fast charging 50kw CHaDmeo I/o plugs as well as the other kind of plugs. Ports all worked, were clean and unvandalized, were 3 available and had my Nissan Leaf maxed out in 35 minutes.
