There needs to be a curtesy restriction to charge to 80% like other stations have.

1/23/26: Downgrading my review to 3 stars because THIS IS A BALANCED CHARGING STATION! That means even though each charger label reads “up to 350kw,” users will always get abysmally slower charging speeds when others are using the station (when the lot is full) because the power is being shared amongst all chargers. The Old Town Alexandria VA electrify station chargers aren’t balanced, so you can charge much quicker there. Sucks for PG but it is still somewhat good that I don’t have to drive across the bridge to charge. Former Review: Thank y’all for building a station in PG County that’s closer to DC / East of the Woodrow Wilson bridge! Now I don’t have to go to Old Town Alexandria to charge!!

Line cutting is a serious issue at this EV charging station. While waiting my turn, a couple in another vehicle cut ahead of the line with no intervention or enforcement whatsoever. When confronted, they simply dismissed it. There is no on-site enforcement, no clear signage about queue order, and no option in the app to report line cutters, which means drivers who follow the rules are left stuck waiting while others take advantage. Until there’s some form of enforcement or a proper queue/reporting system, this station is extremely frustrating to use during busy times.
