As others mention, the charger is closed on Sundays. Follow the helpful instructions of other reviewers (take the first left under the bridge and drive in the exit). Several other vehicles doing this for the non-Tesla electric chargers when we visited as well. Charging was fast but no facilities and it really shouldn’t be so difficult to access.

Good chargers, but horrible location. It is easier to climb Mount Everest than trying to access this supercharger outside of opening hours. All entrances are closed off by gates. The only possible way to get to the charger is by going to the exit near the bridge at Saargemüunder Str. 51 and enter through the gap between the curb and the gate. Not many amenities available apart from the Globus itself. However, this charger is less expensive to charge at than other tesla superchargers in the vicinity (Kaiserslautern). During opening hours, you should be able to enter through the usual entrance.

The store works perfectly, however, Globus makes it very difficult to shop due to its opening hours.

Today is Ascension Day, and the parking lot is closed!!! Fortunately, by driving around a bit, I managed to find a passage to the parking lot—squeezing through the bollards. I was the only one charging. So... in itself an ideal charging spot with new chargers, however, you are dependent on the opening hours and the accessibility of the parking lot.

For those who want to charge their vehicles on the weekend: On the way back, turn right immediately, or take the first exit at the roundabout, continue straight ahead, then turn right again. There's plenty of room to drive through between the barriers.

The Superchargers are finally open! Perfect for me, halfway between Frankfurt and my destination in France. I can't understand the bad reviews here; there's a small entrance right next to the chargers, and the infrastructure is good during Globus's opening hours. I've seen much worse.

Really a bad joke, it’s on the Globus premises and unavailable outside their opening hours. All gates closed to the parking lot. Very unfortunate if your battery is almost empty. Never seen such a mess with a Tesla charging spot.

V4 Supercharger with a maximum output of 350 kW. The V4 chargers have a slight drawback: the cables tend to fall out of their holders, especially in cold temperatures. Charging here has always worked well (even after the neighboring Globus supermarket closed). The location is only moderately attractive; for long-haul truck drivers, the nearby stations south of Metz and Kaiserslautern (Barbarossahof) are more appealing. However, if you just want to quickly top up your battery on the way home, it's fine.

Not recommended for people on long journeys like myself. In the evenings and at night, you're standing around here under floodlights like you're on display. Given the current hostility towards Tesla drivers in Germany, I find this dangerous. There's no accessible restroom anywhere nearby, especially since the Globus supermarket right next door closes at 8:00 PM. The Globus itself most likely has at least one restroom. From the outside, I could see a restaurant there. Technically, the Supercharger works very well; the charging speed was very fast, but I was pretty much the only one there in the evenings and at night. Then I discovered a disabled charging spot. This doesn't add up with the lack of a restroom and is probably a product of EU funding. Imagine someone building a gas station with ten pumps and no restroom facilities whatsoever.
