Worst charging experience I’ve had so far. Worst location possible to the point where the Tesla app didn’t even know how to get there. There’s signage that says “EV Charging” but it takes you to Electrify America chargers. Then to get to the lower level you have to make an almost impossible left turn down a ramp that was not easy even in a Model 3. Avoid this place if you can but if you can’t just remember to take a left when you see the Electrify America chargers and go down to C2.

Worst location that isn't easy to find located at the lowest level of the parking lot even a Tesla app navigation couldn't locate and with additional parking fees of $2 for every 20 minutes. Crazy and that is why it's rated the lowest! Never ever will I visit this again.

It's inside the parking lot of the shopping center underground. First of all it's not enough that you have to pay to charge, but you also have to pay for parking underground so that you can use the superchargers. It's in a very inconvenient spot, and actually google Maps doesn't take you directly there. It took us to the other side so took longer to get there too.

It's a convenient location to go shopping and it was a fast walk to Old Sac during a parade and street food scene, but it only gets a 2 star due to having to pay $4 for parking. Interesting options with slow and quick chargers available. Located on the lower level C2, but there's an elevator close by.
