Other reviews made me nervous but it was a smooth and lovely experience! No wait, easy charging - would come here again!

They partner with auto manufacturers to offer charging. When the manufacturer's app is not working, they tell you to fall off a cliff.

There was a free spot. That is the first star. The charger immediately identified my subscription and started charging. That was the second and the last star. Shortly after, barely adding just 5kWh, it stopped abruptly, indicating an error. No disconnecting/reconnecting was able to fix it. So I left.

10/11/23 - They finally got the new 350kw chargers installed. They've had a lot of difficulty keeping this location up and running. I would guess it has been function about 60% of the time over the last two years. Hopefully the new equipment helps. This afternoon I had an extra 15 minutes on my way home and there was a charger available (increasingly difficult with Teslas now using). My car (Polestar) was at 29% when I started charging. After 15 minutes I was at 41%. I added 10.16 kw and my top charging speed was 39 kw, far lower than what the car can take and the station should deliver. Hoping for better next time.

After months of these chargers being offline / non-operational, they were finally “working” today. That said, to get to 85% charge on my Rivian R1T I had to plug in and unplug my vehicle 5 or 6 times. This means I had to stay with my car the entire time as the charger would randomly end the session. Moreover, the charge would oscillate between 40-200kW seemingly randomly during the charging period, giving little or predictability to the time estimate. Not good!
