Sagamore Beach, MA Supercharger

I would rarely give such a low rating to a supercharger spot but this one needs a serious refresh. The chargers are fine - even at 150kW, it’s the big jersey barriers in front of them and all the trash some Tesla (or other) losers seem to throw there from the close by Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds or other service stop near this Sagamore travel hub (yet somehow cast out back in shame).

One day, I envision Tesla Chargers with fine facilities to relax in, grab a snack, quality restrooms and maybe meet some other fine traveling folks.

This one however is stuck at the back of everything like some dirty outcast. We need brighter futures and better places to charge our cars. Perhaps this can be a model refresh to tout to all far and wide.

Otherwise, I’ll also reach out to Tesla and preach my sermon about “A New Day that needs to dawn in dank, dark supercharger corners like this one.”

I, for one, will not idly stand by, cast away from society in this dirty little back corner. I will speak to power! Shout at whomever listens! And one day we we all rise up and say:

“We need Superchargers in Super places”

When that day comes, and only when that day comes, I will rest.

Chargers are inconsistent slow 72 kw on one 90kw another, 110kw another it’s luck of the draw with this area also very poor lighting at night and trash everywhere

It’s really dark and freaky her at night.

This place is kind of hidden and many times it’s does not come up on the map as a choice.  About 5 miles away there is a really great smoothie and açaí bowl place called Blended Berry.

Superchargers are at the end of the lot with a Dunkin Donuts and separated with landscaping. The chargers face an open field and are separated from the chargers with concert barriers limiting the turnaround space. Definitely an area you would not want to take a trailer.

I evaluate supercharged not only on the charging, but availability of bathroom and snacks near by.  This location is perfect as it   is located next to dunkin donuts just before the sygamore bridge. All we need in one location.
