Updated: they finally updated the chargers with all 4 new 350kw chargers, used 2 of them so far since the update and have been charging fairly quickly so we'll see if it stays this way. This is the only charger in Pueblo and it's been continually having issues.

We used the 150 kW charger and found it very convenient and fast. It's in a Sam's Club parking lot, but it's conveniently located right next to a Loaf 'n Jug with a car wash. (Yes, it's weird that both Sam's Club and Loaf 'n Jug have gas pumps.) Unfortunately, the car wash was shut down right before we finished charging, as we wanted to give our Equinox a bath.

2 chargers out of service, one had low (30kw) and a higher charge. Basically only one car could charge at a time. Another customer said he fairly trusts EA to be fully functional

2nd time in a row an electrify america was way slower than expected this trip at different locations. Got 35kw most when I pulled up under 40% charge. Took me 40 min to get to 65% . Electrify america used to always be pretty close to advertised speed (up to 150 here) so not sure what happened.

My first two times of trying to charge for unsuccessful I kept getting an error and it would not charge my vehicle. However I called the customer service and spoke with a lady by the name of Erica, who was the most amazing customer service rep that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. She went above and beyond help me out when she didn't have to. She was patient kind and just an angel. Long story short she got me charging and on my way. They need more lighting around the charging stations but other than that I highly recommend.
