Extremely awful experience. The rudest valet that you can imagine and then be prepared to face a worse one. This should be taken off Tesla charger list. So misleading for so many reasons.

One of the shadiest places to charge in all of SF. You cannot hook up the charger yourself. You cannot even park the car yourself. The chargers also do NOT appear to actually be superchargers. If they are, then they’re heavily throttled so you’ll spend longer there (and pay more).

Read before going! Have to pay someone per hour and they have to take you car. I had a dog and valuables in the car and they wouldn’t let me stay in car.

Do not go here. Avoid at all costs. They jack you for $7 forcing you to valet. In my situation I went to pay and tap to pay wasn't working. On my third try he said "we don't support tap with amex." I said "you have signs everywhere showing amex" and he said "you should have asked first" as if that was MY responsibility. He refused to release my car. I pleaded and begged saying "I'll go get the money and come back". He said "a bank would not let you do that" and I'm like "you're not a friggin bank" I mean, I'm in a new Tesla S. He thinks I'm a criminal. I've got video of the shoe encounter. Sending to Tesla.

Expensive place to charge your Tesla. They have a $7 valet charge to charge for 1 hour.
There are nice amenities around like a restaurant, theater, and bookstore, but if you are just there to charge, only go as a last resort.
