Most stations at shopping centers are only 72kW, this one is a max of 250kW and is close to the intersection of highways 85 & 87 with a good selection of food options for travelers ... plus a Target. For shoppers there are some free Tesla level 2 slots, but they are often all in use.

This location has a lot of outlet and they are regularly serviced to ensure all of them are in working condition. Additionally, the charges drop well under 40 cents after 10pm every night which is really helpful. One thing which has recently started is levying 50 cents extra after 80% charging is completed, which is a bit discouraging since I charge my tesla upto 300 miles which lasts me 2 weeks, but 80% makes me come in between 2 weeks which is a bit inconvenient. These charges are there to alleviate congestion, however I feel the real congestion is caused by many non Tesla gas vehicles which are kept at the slots as this location is part of a parking lot of a mall. Those vehicles unfortunately are facing no consequences of the real-time congestion they are causing.

While using the loaner vehicle, I stopped by Oakridge to fully charge the Tesla model Y battery in about an hour, recommend early morning for a spot to park and connect

This station has had construction going on and unavailable for about two months now. It’s been very frustrating since it was a very high-speed station and conveniently located at OakRidge Mall, across the street from In-N-Out Burger, and many other shopping and eating establishments Normally an excellent supercharger station with lots of high-speed, charging, as well as free, low speed charging, (which is usually full.). Wish they had some published ETA of next opening so I don’t have to keep checking!

High charging speeds (250Kw dedicated), but quite busy (because of proximity to the shopping mall and highways). Wait time is usually under 5 min.
