Usually more reliable than their competition, EVgo is definitely a dumb name for a good car charger company

There is one station with 2 charging cables. The station only allows one car to charge at a time! You can plug in but your car won't charge until the first car unplugs. Absolutely ridiculous.

Plugged it in charge, but when I returned after an hour it had stopped charging. Not sure why the charger stopped. Had to wait in the car for another hour to charge at the EVgo. The powerflex station says broken on it.

Does not work with Mustang Mach E. Tried multiple locations and multiple chargers (121 S Hope Street does not work either). Since the new app update the app cannot communicate with my vehicle. It might work with a credit card but I left my wallet at home so we will never know. Two stars instead of one because customer service lady was nice when I called.

1 dedicated parking stall for EV charging on the middle of the SB County Admin Bldg parking lot.
